Spheres of Exchange members share the belief that an informed investment in the human services workforce and host communities translates into more robust, comprehensive and appropriate support for newcomers during their resettlement and adjustment to life in the U.S. and, ultimately, a more vibrant economic, political and culturally rich society. Simply put, newcomers resettle more successfully into communities that understand their circumstances and offer a welcoming hand.

Our Goals:

1) Promoting linkages, communication, resource sharing and referrals among refugee and immigrant focused agencies,

2) Enhancing the skills and morale of employees working in the field through a professional support network, and,
